We are looking for an experienced MERN Stack Developer to be part of our dynamic and innovative development team. As a MERN Stack Developer, your primary responsibility will involve developing and maintaining web applications utilizing the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) technology stack. Your role will include collaborating with diverse teams to design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions. You should have 4-7 years of professional experience in MERN stack development, with a strong proficiency in React.js and solid expertise in building web applications using Node.js and MongoDB. A good understanding of JavaScript and React concepts is essential, along with hands-on experience in developing user interface components with React.js concepts. You should also be familiar with ReactJS workflows like Redux, Flux, and Webpack, and have experience in responsive UI development, including CSS/SCSS, rxjs, and typescript. Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design principles is required, along with experience in working with relational databases such as Ms SQL, MySQL, Postgres, and NoSQL databases like MongoDB and Redis. Proficiency in using source control tools like Git/SVN and exposure to DevOps practices including CI/CD with Jenkins or equivalent are expected. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes, server-side rendering (SSR) and client-side rendering (CSR) concepts, RESTful API development, and integration is beneficial. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing efficient, reusable, and reliable code using the MERN stack, developing front-end and back-end web applications with React.js and Node.js, and building RESTful APIs and microservices for seamless data flow and functionality. You will collaborate with UI/UX designers to create visually appealing interfaces, ensure the responsiveness and performance of web applications across multiple devices and platforms, troubleshoot and debug issues, and conduct code reviews to maintain code integrity, scalability, and security. Additionally, you will participate in Agile/Scrum development processes, work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions, and stay updated with the latest web development trends and best practices. If you have experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, it would be considered a plus. This position is based in Coimbatore and requires on-premises work mode.
