Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager who will play a pivotal role in building a positive workplace environment, attracting top talent, and ensuring the well-being and development of our employees. The ideal candidate will handle a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR compliance, and engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures
Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
Support performance management cycles, including goal setting and performance reviews
Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records while ensuring data confidentiality
Coordinate with payroll and benefits vendors to ensure accurate and timely processing
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks
Utilize HR analytics and data to generate insights and recommendations for workforce planning and improvements

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
4–6 years of progressive HR experience, including experience in remote or hybrid work settings
Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and HR compliance requirements
Hands-on experience with recruitment platforms and HR software (e.g., Zoho People, BambooHR, or similar)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict management skills
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
