The Role

We are seeking a versatile and passionate UX/UI Designer to join our core product team. You will be the voice of the user, responsible for transforming conceptual ideas and client requirements into intuitive, accessible, and visually stunning digital experiences. You'll collaborate directly with our project managers, developers, and strategists to define and execute design visions from the initial whiteboard sketch to the final pixel-perfect implementation.

What You'll Do:

• Lead End-to-End Design: Own the design process for multiple projects, conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and delivering high-fidelity visual designs for web and mobile apps.
• Solve User & Business Problems: Translate user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints into innovative design solutions that are both effective and beautiful.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work as a key partner with developers to ensure designs are implemented with precision and with project managers to align on scope and user stories.
• Articulate Design Rationale: Clearly present and defend your design decisions to internal teams and clients, using data and user research to support your reasoning.
• Build & Evolve Our Design System: Contribute to and maintain PromDel's growing design system, establishing reusable components and standards for consistency and efficiency across all projects.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up-to-date with the latest UX trends, design tools, and technologies in the fast-evolving IT landscape.

What We're Looking For:

• 2-4 years of professional experience in a UX/UI or Product Design role, preferably within an agency, consultancy, or tech product company.
• A strong portfolio that showcases your design process—not just final visuals. We want to see case studies that include problem statements, your research, iterations, and the final outcome.
• Expert proficiency in Figma is a must. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Protopie, or Framer is a plus.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive web design, and mobile UI patterns.
• Experience with planning and conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, client-driven environment.

Bonus Points (Nice-to-Haves):

• Experience designing for B2B, SaaS, or complex enterprise applications.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end development principles.
• Experience with creating or working with design systems.
• Motion design or interaction prototyping skills.
