Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Hydrojetting Supervisor to oversee hydrojetting operations at project sites. The ideal candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of hydrojetting equipment, machine maintenance, and strong leadership skills to manage site activities and manpower efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all hydrojetting activities at the job site. Operate and maintain hydrojetting machines (high-pressure water jetting equipment). Ensure all hydrojetting operations are carried out in accordance with safety procedures and client specifications. Manage a team of hydrojetting technicians and operators, including task delegation and performance monitoring. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and ensure timely maintenance of equipment. Plan and organize job schedules, materials, and tools needed for site operations. Liaise with site engineers, safety officers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution. Maintain accurate records of work performed, manpower attendance, equipment usage, and maintenance logs. Requirements: Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in hydrojetting supervision. Strong technical knowledge of hydrojetting machine operation and preventive maintenance. Ability to manage and coordinate site activities and teams. Good understanding of safety standards and procedures in industrial or oil & gas environments. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Physically fit and able to work in demanding site conditions. Preferred Qualifications: Technical diploma or equivalent certification in mechanical or industrial engineering. Valid certifications related to hydrojetting or industrial cleaning (if applicable). Prior experience in shutdowns, turnarounds, or industrial maintenance projects is an advantage. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in executing chemical cleaning procedures on heat exchangers, pipelines, boilers, and other industrial equipment. Knowledge of handling chemicals safely and operating cleaning systems is essential. Key Responsibilities: Perform chemical cleaning of industrial systems, equipment, and pipelines using approved procedures. Prepare and handle chemical solutions according to technical specifications and safety guidelines. Operate pumps, hoses, tanks, and other equipment involved in the chemical cleaning process. Assist in system flushing, passivation, and neutralization activities as required. Monitor cleaning progress and maintain accurate records of cleaning parameters and operations. Ensure all operations are conducted in compliance with company safety standards and environmental regulations. Coordinate with site supervisors and team members to ensure timely completion of tasks. Perform housekeeping and proper disposal of chemicals and waste as per company policy. Requirements: 2–3 years of relevant experience in industrial chemical cleaning. Strong understanding of industrial chemicals and their safe handling. Familiarity with chemical cleaning procedures, such as acid cleaning, alkaline cleaning, and degreasing. Ability to read and follow technical procedures and safety data sheets (SDS). Physically fit and capable of working in confined spaces and elevated areas. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and during shutdowns or turnarounds. Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or technical certificate in chemical, mechanical, or industrial discipline.
