Role & responsibilities • Install, configure, and maintain microwave radio communication systems • Troubleshoot and repair microwave radio equipment and related components • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards • Document installation and maintenance procedures and provide training to end-users • Collaborate with other technicians and stakeholders to identify and resolve network issues • Stay current on emerging technologies and industry trends related to microwave radio communication systems • Upgrading and maintaining companies' current telecommunications systems. • Performing diagnostic testing on problematic telecommunications systems to identify and resolve various technical faults. • Performing temporary fixes until extensive repair work can be done later. • Check all the wiring work done to ensure that there are no exposed cables. • Ordering replacement components for telecommunications equipment and devices from suitable vendors. • Investigating and resolving customers' complaints in a timely manner. • Making and correcting cables connector and testing.
