The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for working independently within the team on various technical topics. You will be required to support the decomposition of customer requests into detailed stories by collaborating with the Product Owner. Your main tasks will involve developing code using Software Craftsmanship best practices like behavior-driven development, test-driven development, continuous integration, legacy refactoring, continuous delivery, and continuous deployment. You should have a strong background in Talend data integration and MicroStrategy Analytics with at least 3-7 years of experience. Proficiency in SQL Queries and RDBMS performance tuning for Oracle and PostgreSQL is essential. A deep understanding of ETL processes and the ability to design, define, and document solution architecture are key requirements for this role. It is advantageous to have awareness of Cognos 11.x or higher. Additionally, experience in gathering client requirements, working through specifications, and developing solutions in line with project documentation is crucial. The ability to manage large projects independently, knowledge of Business Analysis (particularly in Retail and Private banking), and hands-on experience in agile processes are highly desirable.
