Proficiency in Microsoft365 Suite, especially Excel, is essential, along with excellent written and spoken English skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are required, and experience in Customer Experience (CX) Research or Mystery Shop Industry is preferred. The successful candidate will be highly organized, with a proven track record of prioritization and time management.
