🕰️ Experience:- 4 to 12 Years 📍 Location:- Nagpur (Work from Office) 💻 Job Title:- Dot Net Lead / Techno Manager 📅Notice Period:- 30 Days (Immediate joiner will be preferred) Interested candidates can apply at manoj.rambhad@truliacare.com Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications, APIs, and backend services using .NET Core, C#, MVC, and Entity Framework. Implement secure APIs using JWT tokens, OAuth2, and best security practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Develop and deploy Azure Functions, App Services, and other PaaS offerings. Perform technical design and architecture for new features and enhancements. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding best practices. Write efficient and maintainable SQL queries, stored procedures, and handle performance tuning. Ensure adherence to SOLID principles, Dependency Injection, and other software design patterns. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across environments. Maintain documentation for development processes, systems, and codebase. Required Skills and Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in .NET application development. Proficient in .NET Core, C#, Entity Framework (Core and/or 4+), and ASP.NET MVC. Strong expertise in building and consuming RESTful APIs. Hands-on experience with JWT token-based authentication and authorization. Proficiency in SQL Server, T-SQL, and database design. Solid understanding and practical application of SOLID principles and Object-Oriented Design. Deep experience with Dependency Injection frameworks like Microsoft.Extensions.DependencyInjection or Autofac. Experience with Azure Services: Functions, App Services, Azure SQL, Blob Storage, Service Bus, and other PaaS components. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation on Azure DevOps is a plus. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or similar certification. Experience with front-end technologies (JavaScript, Angular/React) is a plus. Familiarity with containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes (AKS) is a bonus. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Leadership experience, having led a small team (4-5 people). Self-starter with the ability to work independently and estimate project timelines.
