In your role, you will develop practical and versatile security requirements, architecture blueprints, and processes for the application and solution landscape in our public cloud environment. You will review, advise on, and approve security concepts for a variety of digital solutions across Swiss Re's IT landscape. Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers inside Swiss Re's architecture teams will be essential, driving long-term cloud adoption within their core and functional IT departments. Ensuring alignment of business domain architecture with group security requirements and providing feedback on domain-specific requirements to the Security Team will also be part of your responsibilities. You will oversee and assure that security requirements are set and implemented during application development and adhered to throughout the application life cycle. Furthermore, you will advance technical and organizational security competences, adapt to emerging security trends, and believe in continuous innovation by constantly seeking a better way every day. The Security Team, the focal point for all security activities across Swiss Re, is responsible for cybersecurity engineering and operations, governance, risk, and compliance. Defining and advancing the company's security strategy, the Security Advisors Centre of Expertise shapes the security of Swiss Re's application landscape and is the preferred unit for security-related advice on any IT project within the company. We are seeking a senior expert who is familiar with security concepts and architectures to join this team.
