Your typical day will involve providing dynamic services and support for Microsoft Windows Server Administration and Microsoft Azure IaaS. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for Microsoft Windows Server Administration and Microsoft Azure IaaS. - Identify and solve issues within multiple components of critical business systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues. - Develop and maintain technical documentation for systems and processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure IaaS. - Strong understanding of ITIL processes and procedures. - Experience with incident management and problem management. - Experience with PowerShell scripting. - Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
