As United Airlines expands its fleet size and route network, we are looking for individuals to join our team and empower stakeholders across operating teams with timely and relevant data-driven insights. Your role will involve extracting data from various sources to build operational dashboards and reports, analyzing business performance, providing actionable insights, and supporting the creation of presentations for United leadership and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for executing solutions to business problems through data mining and analysis. This position is based on local terms and conditions at United Airlines Business Services Pvt. Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of United Airlines Inc. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas are not available for this role. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline - 0 to 2 years of experience in analytics - Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of information - Attention to accuracy and detail - Legal authorization to work in India for any employer without sponsorship - Fluency in English (written and spoken) - Successful completion of the interview process Preferred Qualifications: - Master's degree - Airline experience or knowledge of airline operations - Familiarity with database querying tools and the ability to write complex queries using Teradata SQL and/or Microsoft TSQL - Knowledge of reporting tools such as Spotfire, Tableau, or Power BI If you are looking to propel your career in the aviation industry and contribute to the success of a leading airline, consider joining our team at United Airlines.
