You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying automation solutions that streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop automated workflows using Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop flows). • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and identify automation opportunities. • Implement end-to-end RPA solutions, including process discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. • Integrate Power Automate with other Microsoft services (SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.) and third-party APIs. • Monitor and maintain existing flows, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance. • Ensure automation solutions follow best practices for security, scalability, and maintainability. • Document technical specifications, user guides, and support materials. Required Skills: • 810 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft PowerApps , Power Automate. • Strong understanding of RPA lifecycle and automation best practices. • Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power BI) is a plus. • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services and connectors. • Basic knowledge of JSON, REST APIs, and data manipulation. • Experience with error handling, conditional logic, and looping constructs in flows. • Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Configure and maintain SharePoint Online site collections, document libraries, lists, and user permissions. Oversee the lifecycle management and governance of Microsoft Teams and M365 Groups. Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and deliver M365-based solutions. Implement and manage security, compliance, and data loss prevention (DLP) policies. Manage permissions and access controls across the M365 suite. Monitor and respond to alerts related to governance, compliance, and data breaches. Monitor service health, usage, and analytics using the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and PowerShell. Generate and present reports on platform performance, adoption, and compliance metrics. Design and implement workflow automation using Power Automate and SharePoint workflows. Support business process reengineering initiatives using low-code/no-code tools. Assist users in building and customizing Copilot Agents tailored to their workflows. Partner with IT security and compliance teams to manage data access, DLP, and responsible AI usage within Copilot.
