Responsibilities
- Management of USI D365 practice
- Contribute to firm growth and profitability goals
- Work closely with US counterparts to manage workload and client deliverables
- Manage consulting resource workloads across multiple projects
- Assist in recruiting new talent into USI to support growth
- Coach and mentor junior resources (talent development)
- Manage practice utilization
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
- 5+ years of experience managing consulting teams and /or practice
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of key end to end business processes including but not limited to:
- Lead to Quote
- Order to cash
- Procure to pay
- Record to report
- Receive to ship (warehouse management)
- Plan to produce (manufacturing)
