Responsibilities

• Management of USI D365 practice
• Contribute to firm growth and profitability goals
• Work closely with US counterparts to manage workload and client deliverables
• Manage consulting resource workloads across multiple projects
• Assist in recruiting new talent into USI to support growth
• Coach and mentor junior resources (talent development)
• Manage practice utilization
  

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
• 5+ years of experience managing consulting teams and /or practice
• Fluent in English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of key end to end business processes including but not limited to:
• Lead to Quote
• Order to cash
• Procure to pay
• Record to report
• Receive to ship (warehouse management)
• Plan to produce (manufacturing)
