CRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce), required. ERP Experience (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, NetSuite, or Acumatica), preferred. Enterprise software strategy, selection, and implementation experience, preferred. Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Strong analytical, problem solving, facilitation, documentation, and communication skills, required.
