Responsibilities: Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 modules to meet specific business requirements. Implement custom plugins, workflows, and actions to extend the capabilities of D365. Develop and maintain Web Resources (HTML, JavaScript) for custom user interfaces within Dynamics Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and third-party applications using Power Automate, and custom APIs. Troubleshoot integration issues by monitoring logs, debugging, and ensuring seamless data exchange between D365 and external systems. Ensure data consistency and reliability between Dynamics 365 and integrated platforms by implementing real-time synchronization Develop cloud-based applications leveraging PowerApps, integrating them with Dynamics 365 data for dynamic user experiences. Implement API services for communication between cloud applications, external applications and Dynamics 365. Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines for continuous development and integration. Regularly monitor the performance of D365 systems, identifying and resolving issues before they impact users. Implement scheduled system updates, patches, and performance improvements based on evolving business needs and technology advancements. Analyze user feedback and system usage data to prioritize areas for enhancement and customization. Enforce role-based access control (RBAC) and other security protocols within D365 to ensure sensitive data is only accessible to authorized users. Implement data encryption both in transit and at rest, ensuring D365 meets internal and external data privacy standards. Ensure that all D365 customizations and integrations comply with relevant regulatory requirements aligning with data protection regulations. Criteria: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Relevant experience / certifications in MS Dynamics 365 cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Developer), .NET, SQL 4-5 years of experience in software development, primarily working with MS Dynamics 365, .NET and SQL. Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (optional) Working knowledge in implementing microservices architecture and containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with low-code/no-code platforms and integrating them into existing backend systems. Strong focus on security best practices and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations
