Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to CRM functionality.
  
• Design and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, etc.).
  
• Customize entities, workflows, business rules, forms, and views in Dynamics CRM.
  
• Provide technical and functional support for CRM implementations and upgrades.
  
• Integrate Dynamics CRM with other business systems and third-party applications.
  
• Develop custom plugins, workflows, and Power Automate flows as needed.
  
• Create detailed documentation, including solution design, process flows, and training materials.
  
• Conduct user training sessions and support end-user adoption.
  
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing maintenance and enhancement support.
  
• Stay up to date with the latest Dynamics 365 updates and capabilities.
  

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
  
• 8+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365 CE).
  
• Strong knowledge of CRM modules, data model, and customization options.
  
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus.
  
• Proficiency in customization using JavaScript, C#, .NET, and Dynamics SDK.
  
• Experience with integration tools like KingswaySoft, Scribe, or Azure Logic Apps.
  
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-210, MB-220, MB-230).
  
• Experience with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, DevOps).
  
• Knowledge of customer engagement strategies and CRM best practices.
