Microsoft Dynamics CE and Power Platforms Lead

As a Technical Consultant within the application delivery team for Dynamics CRM, you will be responsible for ensuring quality implementation and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 products and services. Your collaboration with other team members, such as Managed Services, ERP Consultants, CRM consultants, and Developers, will be crucial for effective consultancy delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Possess 7 to 10+ years of experience in MS Dynamics CRM - Have experience working as a technical Consultant for at least two complete CRM implementations - Demonstrate good experience in working on Power Apps and Power Automate - Showcase proficiency in integrating with external systems, including Azure - Exhibit expertise in creating Web Api and invoking Web Api for integrating with various external and internal systems - Utilize experience in working on SSRS & Power BI reports - Have hands-on experience working on Sales, Marketing & Service modules - Be responsible for writing Technical specifications - Familiarity with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment Environments - Show internal motivation, with the ability to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment Qualification Required: - Highly confident in providing support and training to users - Strong attention to detail and a keen desire to deliver the highest quality solutions to customers - Experience across several industries, ideally with strong finance experience - Ability to solve complex problems with creative solutions - Self-Starter with the ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities - Ability to think clearly and calmly under pressure - Emphasis on client satisfaction - Possess client-facing skills,
