Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Microsoft D365 Point of Sale specialist. The individual will be responsible for implementing and managing Dynamics 365 Point of Sale systems, consulting with clients to understand their business processes, and ensuring the smooth operation of POS systems. Day-to-day tasks will include designing solution architectures, configuring cloud-based systems, and providing ongoing support and troubleshooting to clients. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and effective communication with stakeholders will be essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication skills for effective interactions with clients and stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of Business Process and Consulting to understand and improve client operations
• Experience in Solution Architecture for designing and implementing robust POS systems
• Proficiency in Cloud Computing and related technologies to manage and deploy cloud-based solutions
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Point of Sale is highly desirable
