Microsoft Copilot Lead

Lead the development and design of scalable and efficient bot solutions utilizing Microsoft Copilot Studio and Bot Framework. Collaborate closely with product owners and business stakeholders to accurately define requirements and translate them into effective conversational AI solutions. Leverage deep understanding of C#, .NET, Node.js, or Python to build robust and scalable bot solutions. Proficiently utilize Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Bot Framework, Azure Bot Services, Azure OpenAI (Copilot), and Power Virtual Agents (PVA) to create engaging and user-friendly conversational experiences. Integrate bots seamlessly with popular messaging platforms like Microsoft Teams, Slack, and others. Harness the power of Azure Cognitive Services (LUIS, QnA Maker, Speech API) to implement advanced natural language processing features. Effectively utilize Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, and APIs to extend the capabilities of PVA and bot solutions. Implement robust CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to streamline development and deployment processes. Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex technical challenges. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in conversational AI and machine learning to continuously improve bot solutions. Foster a culture of innovation by exploring new technologies and techniques to enhance user experiences. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery. Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Actively contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment. Required Skills and Qualifications: 5+ years of software development experience, with 3+ years in conversational AI/bot development. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot studio, Microsoft Bot Framework, Azure Bot Services, Azure OpenAI (Copilot), and Power Virtual Agents (PVA). Strong expertise in C#, .NET, Node.js, or Python for building bot solutions. Experience in integrating bots with Microsoft Teams, Slack, and other messaging platforms. Experience with Azure Cognitive Services (LUIS, QnA Maker, Speech API) for advanced NLP features. Knowledge of Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, and APIs for extending PVA and bot functionalities. Proficiency in implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. Preferred: Certification in Microsoft Power Platform or Azure technologies. Experience with OpenAI models, AI ethics, and data privacy considerations in AI systems. Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning techniques.
