Microsoft Copilot / Azure AI Foundry / Power Platform Engineer

As the Copilot Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for steering the entire process of Copilot solutions deployment across Microsoft 365 and Power Platform. Your role will involve crafting secure RAG architectures using Azure AI Foundry, connecting enterprise data sources such as SharePoint, OneDrive, Dataverse, and SQL, and launching Copilots that drive tangible business KPIs. Throughout these tasks, you will prioritize governance, telemetry, and Responsible AI integration. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Solutioning:** Translate business workflows into Copilot scenarios, design prompt flows, grounding, function calling, and evaluation loops. - **Build:** Develop Copilots utilizing Copilot Studio, Plugins/Connectors, Graph Connectors, Power Automate, and Power Apps, integrating with Azure OpenAI/Azure AI models. - **Data & RAG:** Implement retrieval pipelines using Azure AI Search, Azure Functions/Logic Apps, Dataverse, SharePoint, and OneLake, managing chunking, embeddings, caching, and ranking strategies. - **MLOps/LangOps:** Set up Prompt flow experiments, offline/online evals, guardrails (content filters, safety), and A/B tests, adding observability with App Insights/Log Analytics. - **Security & Governance:** Enforce RLS/ABAC, DLP, Purview policies, tenant isolation, and audit logging, handling approvals and change management. - **Performance & Cost:** Tune model choice, token budgets, caching, and hybrid retrieval, create cost dashboards and SLOs. - **Stakeholder Enablement:** Develop reusable components, deployment templates (Bicep/Terraform), and developer guidelines, conduct enablement sessions. **Qualifications Required:** - Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, M365 Copilot connectors/plugins, and Power Platform (Apps, Automate, Dataverse). - Proficiency in Azure AI Foundry/Azure AI Studio, Azure OpenAI, Prompt flow, Azure AI Search, and Event/Function Apps. - Strong background in prompt engineering and eval frameworks, including golden sets, metrics like faithfulness, groundedness, and task success. - API & integration expertise with Graph API, REST/JSON, and OAuth2. - Knowledge of security & compliance tools such as Microsoft Purview, DLP, RLS/OAuth-on-behalf-of patterns. - Experience with CI/CD using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, along with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using Bicep/Terraform. In addition to the above, familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, Dataflows Gen2, Vector DBs (Kusto, PostgreSQL + pgvector, Cosmos DB), Responsible AI tooling, red-teaming, and C# or TypeScript for plugin/function implementations would be advantageous.,
