The role requires 2-4 years of IT experience and a high-end L1+ profile. This position involves performing technical design for large complex projects and providing advanced technical support for Business Unit Operations. You should have a strong working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems including 2003, 2008, 2012, and 2016. Additionally, basic knowledge of VMWare ESX, VSphere, Vcenter, and working knowledge of Patch Management tools like SCCM and WSUS are required. Candidates should possess good knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP, as well as Microsoft Clusters and NLB. Familiarity with Antivirus management for operating systems and Internet Spam Filter products is essential. Knowledge of ITIL processes and experience with Rubrik Back Tool would be beneficial for this role.,
