Evaluation: Develop assessment tools and conduct evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement. Compliance: Ensure that all training materials adhere to industry regulations and company policies. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Stay Current: Stay updated with industry trends, instructional design best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance training strategies. Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
