Description We are seeking a highly skilled BA MAS Microsoft BC Senior Associate to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft Business Central solutions, working closely with clients to understand their business needs and deliver effective solutions. Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for Microsoft Business Central (BC) implementations. Design and configure Microsoft BC solutions to meet client needs. Perform data migration from legacy systems to Microsoft BC. Develop and execute test plans to ensure software quality and performance. Provide ongoing support and training to clients post-implementation. Assist in troubleshooting issues and providing timely resolutions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft BC features and updates. Skills and Qualifications 4-8 years of experience in Microsoft Business Central implementations and support. Strong understanding of business processes and ERP systems. Proficiency in Microsoft BC modules and functionalities. Experience with data migration and integration techniques. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
