We are seeking a client-facing, hands-on Solutions Architect who will not only design and deliver technical solutions but also lead projects and manage technical teams . This is a dual-role opportunity: youll be the lead technical consultant on client calls and pre-sales discussions, and also the technical delivery lead , responsible for creating roadmaps and ensuring successful execution using internal and external resources. Prior experience leading technical teams and projects is a must. Key Responsibilities:- Client-Facing & Business Consulting Join client discovery meetings with the sales team to identify pain points and technical needs. Present technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate with sales on developing SOWs, proposals, and solution estimates. Required Experience:- Minimum 2+ years leading technical teams and IT projects from planning through executionthis is mandatory . 5+ years in solution architecture or IT consulting, with hands-on Microsoft ecosystem experience. Proven success in Azure (IaaS/PaaS), Intune, SharePoint, MFA, and Office 365 migrations. Experience conducting penetration tests and implementing security/compliance frameworks (HIPAA, CMMC, etc.).
