While gaining experience in Agile practices, they focus on supporting team alignment with sprint goals. Preferred experience: Experience in project management or related field. You will manage industry-leading products such as ADP Payroll (Global View and others) as well as a bp-developed Microsoft Azure-based set of Reward offerings. You will lead a Dev/Ops Squad which will drive and enable the solutions underpinning BPs employee resourcing, employee growth, and learning-related services. You will have the opportunity to work within a modern IT methodology using sprints to deliver user stories; you will build upon your Payroll/Reward/Time product knowledge and gain significant experience in optimizing delivery using modern AI-powered products; and you will lead new custom developments on the .net platform.
