Microsoft 365 & Exchange Architect

• We are seeking a highly experienced Subject Matter Expert SME to manage support and optimize our Microsoft 365 ecosystem including Exchange Online On Prem Office 365 and Microsoft Teams
• The ideal candidate will provide advanced technical support lead complex troubleshooting efforts and contribute to the design and implementation of enterprise collaboration and communication solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L3 support for Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online On Prem SharePoint Online Teams and Office 365 applications
• Lead the administration configuration and optimization of M365 services
• Manage hybrid Exchange environments including mail flow connectors and coexistence
• Oversee SharePoint Online site collections permissions workflows and integrations
• Support Teams governance policies voice integration and collaboration features
• Troubleshoot complex issues escalated from L1 L2 teams and coordinate with Microsoft support when needed
• Implement and maintain security and compliance policies including DLP retention and auditing
• Monitor service health usage reports and proactively address performance or capacity issues
• Participate in migration projects upgrades and new feature rollouts
• Document technical procedures configurations and best practices

Technical Requirements:

• 10 years of experience in enterprise IT with a focus on Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Deep expertise in Exchange Online and On Prem including hybrid configurations
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online administration and customization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams administration including policies voice and app integrations
• Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Microsoft Purview Compliance Center and Security Center
• Excellent problem solving communication and documentation skills
• Microsoft certifications such as MS 700 MS 203 or MS 102 are highly desirable
