Role & responsibilities About the Role: We are seeking a skilled MS Domain, Collaboration & Communication Specialist to manage and maintain our organization's IT infrastructure and cloud systems. Experienced Microsoft technology specialist to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise communication and collaboration solutions. This role focuses on Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Teams infrastructure, and unified communications platforms. Solution Architecture & Design. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Active Directory, Azure AD, DNS, SSL certificates, and various Microsoft technologies including Exchange, Office 365, and Teams. This role involves integration, managing cloud data centers, and ensuring the smooth operation of video conferencing solutions. Key Responsibilities: Active Directory (On-Prem) / Azure AD (On-Cloud): Manage and maintain Active Directory and Azure AD environments. Integrate third-party applications such as Success Factor and Salesforce. Ensure secure and efficient user authentication and authorization. Manage user accounts, groups, and security policies. DNS Management: Oversee internal and public DNS configurations. Ensure DNS reliability and security across the organization. SSL Certificates: Manage the procurement, installation, and renewal of SSL certificates. Ensure secure communication channels for all web services. Microsoft Exchange 2019 / Exchange Online: Manage and maintain Exchange On-Premises environments. Manage and maintain Exchange Online environments. Ensure email security, availability, and performance. Microsoft Office 365 Workloads Administration: Design and architect Microsoft 365 communication solutions including Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Power Platform Develop hybrid and cloud-native collaboration architectures supporting 5,000+ users Create technical roadmaps for digital workplace transformation initiatives Manage Office 365 workloads including Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS), SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Power Platform environments Ensure compliance with regular updates and feature rollouts. Advanced PowerShell scripting for automation and bulk operations Microsoft Graph API integration for custom solutions Establish Microsoft Teams governance policies and lifecycle management Implement data loss prevention and compliance policies Design and deploy Microsoft Purview for information governance Configure Teams policies, meeting settings, and calling policies Cloud Data Center Management: Manage the cloud data center setup in Azure. Oversee tenant management for peripheral systems. SFTP Server: Manage and maintain the SFTP server for secure file transfers. Anti-Spam Solutions: Oversee the implementation and management of anti-spam solutions like Xwall, exchange online defender. Hybrid Audio/Visual Solutions: Manage the setup and maintenance of video conferencing solutions for small to medium meeting rooms and boardrooms. Ensure high-quality audio and visual experiences for all meetings. Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Surface Hub, and collaboration hardware, Zoom rooms, Zoom Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, MCSE) are desirable. Experience: Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a focus on Microsoft technologies and cloud services. Certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate Microsoft 365 messaging administrators manage a secure, efficient, and effective email collaboration platform using Microsoft Exchange Online and Microsoft 365. Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate Microsoft Certified: Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate Skills: Expertise in Active Directory and Azure AD management. Proficiency in DNS configuration, SSL certificate management, and Exchange administration. Experience with Microsoft Teams, and Office 365. Knowledge of Azure cloud data center setup and management. Experience with SFTP server management and anti-spam solutions. Ability to manage and configure hybrid audio/visual solutions. Preferred candidate profile Additional Requirements: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders. Proficiency in managing transitions and upgrades in a dynamic IT environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
