As a Majesco Technical Manager at EY, you will play a crucial role in leading development activities and providing expertise in Majesco specific toolkit and Domain subject matter. You will be responsible for mentoring team members, conducting code reviews, and troubleshooting technical issues related to Majesco applications. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with an overall experience range of 8-10 years. It is essential to have hands-on experience with Majesco toolkits such as dev-studio, ICD/ICM, Digital 1st, and EDW, along with at least 8 years of Majesco Policy/Billing/Claims experience. Experience in UI designs, integrations, configuration-driven tools/platforms/framework, and Insurance - P&C concepts like Policy Administration, Billing & Commissions, Claims Management will be beneficial. You should possess problem-solving skills, the ability to work under pressure, and strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, project management tools, and staying updated with the latest trends in Majesco products and technologies are also essential for success in this role. Your role will involve working in an agile environment, articulating configuration rationale, participating in design reviews, and engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
