As a Senior Product Software Engineer, you will be an expert in your field, collaborating closely with the architect and team lead to introduce new features, eliminate technical debt, and advocate for best practices. Your high productivity and efficiency make you a crucial and dependable team member with extensive expertise. Staying updated on the latest advancements in coding languages, infrastructure as code, automated testing, and continuous development is essential in this role. Your responsibilities will include participating in the mapping, reviewing, and analysis of product system and functional requirements, supporting ongoing product upgrades and maintenance, planning and executing projects with a focus on quality and timeliness, enhancing new requirements and customizing products, designing processes for business scenarios, and implementing short-term solutions for blocking defects. You will collaborate closely with the engineering team on database schema design, data models, data organization, and SQL optimization strategies for scalability. Working with Product Owners, Architects, QA Specialists, and other stakeholders, you will implement new features, address technical debt, enhance quality, and operate the company's Software Development Lifecycle while suggesting and implementing best practices. Key qualifications for this role include: - 5+ years of robust technology experience in C# with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in SQL development - Strong organizational and leadership skills - Effective communication skills - Proficiency in various product development methodologies - Demonstrated experience in transforming complex monolithic applications into microservice-based systems - Deep understanding of the .Net tech stack - Ability to inform stakeholders about any issues with current technical solutions - Experience working on cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS - Strong background in TDD-driven development In terms of SQL skills, you should have: - Proficiency in SQL Server, including T-SQL and transaction management - Knowledge of database design, normalization, and indexing - Familiarity with database performance tuning and optimization - Understanding of cloud-based database solutions If you possess these qualifications and are passionate about leveraging your expertise to drive product innovation and excellence, we would love to have you on our team.,
