For more information, please visit www.evidentscientific.com About the Job As a subject matter expert, you will be required to possess comprehensive technical mastery in the Industrial microscopy business. Your role will involve representing Evident across various forums in India, providing technical guidance and support to the Sales team, and leading the development of new application requirements in alignment with global and regional strategies. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting seminars and presentations for customers on diverse platforms throughout the country. Key Responsibilities - Offer technical expertise for the industrial microscopy business, encompassing tasks such as installation, testing, commissioning, repair, preventive maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting. - Provide prompt, professional, and accurate responses to technical inquiries from domestic customers and distributors. - Conduct training sessions and presentations for customers and distributors on equipment usage, operation, and maintenance. - Foster strong customer relationships to drive business growth opportunities. - Contribute new application insights and localized marketing materials to the Marketing team. - Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable imaging solutions. - Customize microscope systems based on user specifications, including integration with imaging software and measurement analysis. - Assist in trials, proof-of-concept studies, and evaluation reports. - Stay abreast of the latest microscopy technologies and industry trends. - Explore new market segments by introducing innovative applications to potential customers. - Provide technical guidance to Sales & Application teams from distributors. - Gather competitive intelligence from the market and identify product advantages for Evident. - Collaborate with other Technical and Application Specialists in the APAC region to enhance product knowledge and competitiveness. - Attend trade shows, workshops, and industry conferences as a technical expert. - Offer feedback to product development teams based on field applications and user experiences. Qualification & Experience - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic or equivalent field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity or role. Key Skills / Core Competencies - Experience in sectors such as Electronics, R&D, Academia, Oil & Gas, Power, or Automotive is highly desirable. - Knowledge and experience in the Industrial Microscopy industry are advantageous. - Team player with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Highly organized with superior customer service abilities. - Proficiency in statistics and data analysis. - Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, including Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, and SAP software.,
