Robotics Trainer cum Developer Experience: 6 Months - 2 yr Location: Technopark, Trivandrum Job Responsibilities: Creates technical training programs for Robotics according to requirements. Provides training schedules and agendas. Determines course content and objectives. Determines system utilization requirements by researching and testing systems. Specialized Knowledge of: Robotics Control Systems & Kinematics, Motor Drivers, Servo/Stepper/Gear Motor Control, IoT Communication (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, MQTT, Firebase), Machine-to-Machine (M2M) Interfaces. Software & Tools: C/C++, MicroPython, Arduino IDE, PlatformIO, Proteus, Fritzing, KiCad for circuit simulation and design, Python for scripting and automation. Familiarity with ROS (Robot Operating System) is a plus Teaching & Mentoring: Strong teaching and mentoring experience through peer training, online workshops, or assisting in academic/research projects. Electronics and IoT Intern – Mushroom Kothi Development Role Description: As an Electronics and IoT Intern, you will play a critical role in designing, prototyping, and optimizing the hardware systems of Mushroom Kothi – a smart IoT-based climate-controlled chamber for mushroom cultivation. You will work on integrating sensors, controllers, and communication modules to develop a scalable and cost-effective automated solution tailored for rural environments. Key Responsibilities: Design and prototype electronic circuits for environmental monitoring (temperature, humidity, CO₂, light). Integrate IoT modules (e.g., ESP32, NodeMCU) with sensor arrays. Develop PCB layouts using software like KiCad or Eagle based on provided schematics. Implement data transmission via WiFi/Bluetooth/LoRa to cloud or local dashboards. Assist in microcontroller programming using C/C++ (Arduino IDE) or MicroPython. Calibrate sensors and validate hardware performance in simulated and live conditions. Support the development of power-efficient and solar-compatible systems. Document circuit designs, component specifications, and assembly processes. Learning Outcomes: Hands-on experience with embedded systems and microcontrollers. Real-world exposure to sensor calibration and environmental control hardware. End-to-end understanding of building an IoT hardware product from concept to deployment. Collaboration in an interdisciplinary agri-tech team working on sustainable farming.
