Role & responsibilities Should have Strong Technical Knowledge in all Jewelry Process - Gold / Platinum/Silver/Brass -(Model, Cad, Cam. Wax pulling, Wax-set, Rubber Mold, Tree Making, Investment, Casting( Gold+PT), Grinding, Filing/Assembly, Pre Polish, setting – Micro/Hand Setting, Final Polish, laser stamping, Plating – Rhodium / Micron Plating. Should be Result oriented in the past in Process Improvement to increase Productivity & Reduce Process Loss. Quick Thinker and Decision taker in resolving production Issues. Co – ordinate with Merchandising & Cad for any Model related issues and get it resolved. Managing Man Power for every department according to its capacity and work Load. Coordinating with All HODS and helping them to achieve daily targets, productivity, reducing Gold Loss and diamond broken %. Coordinating with the planning team and production with the orders and reducing Process cycle time from Order opening to FG. Coordinating with Central Department and managing daily stock taking and tally. Coordinating with diamond department for daily stock and demand generating for BKC and avoiding any delay in diamond Department in production. Tools consumption Control Process wise without effecting Quality. Introducing New tools and techniques to enhance productivity and quality. Coordination with Machine Vendors for any upgrades or maintenance of our existing machines. Should Do R & D and documentation to improve process or productivity or quality. Monitoring Monthly Dust Collection and Recovery. Following up for Re melting and all process till it is purchased in our stock. Communication with Out Source vendors for Chain and other findings. Monitoring FTP and action plan to reduce repairs and increase FTP. Working on to reduce Production Cycle Time. Need pcs to be ready in 5 days after receiving Diamonds. Managing Outsource account.
