Job Title: GEOLOGIST EXPLORATION & GEOLOGY. Location: Saudi Arabia Experience: 10+ Years. Work Schedule (Duty hrs): 10 Hrs. Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Geologist Exploration & Geology. The ideal candidate will play a key role in geological field operations, resource evaluation, and data integrity management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to explore and assess precious metal resources while strictly adhering to environmental, health, and safety standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly analytical and motivated geologist with a deep understanding of mineral exploration and resource estimation. Responsibilities: Lead geological data collection, interpretation, and analysis from field programs and drilling operations. Develop and regularly update geological models to support resource estimation and project planning. Conduct analysis of geological, geochemical, and geophysical data obtained from tests and surveys. Provide critical geological insights to support mine planning, extraction strategies, and long-term resource management. Oversee the implementation of quality control (QA/QC) procedures for all exploration data. Prepare and review detailed exploration reports for senior management on a weekly and monthly basis. Monitor and verify sample processing records with laboratories to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Maintain comprehensive geological documentation, including maps, logs, and technical reports. Supervise and mentor geologists and field teams, assign tasks, and conduct performance evaluations. Ensure all geological activities strictly comply with Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Geology, Earth Sciences, or a related field (Post-graduate qualification is an advantage). Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in mineral exploration and geological analysis. Strong knowledge of precious metal resource exploration and geology. Proficiency in geological modelling and mapping software (e.g., Surpac, Micromine, Leapfrog, or similar). Good command of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Program Manager – Geologist to lead and manage mineral exploration programs across our mining sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing geological exploration projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering exploration targets within budget and timelines. Key Responsibilities: Plan, develop, and manage exploration programs for mineral resources in line with company objectives. Oversee geological mapping, sampling, drilling, and other field activities. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including field geologists, drilling contractors, and surveyors. Analyze and interpret geological data using software and GIS tools. Prepare and review geological reports, resource estimations, and technical documentation. Ensure all exploration activities comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Manage exploration budgets, timelines, and reporting milestones. Liaise with regulatory authorities, consultants, and other stakeholders as required. Mentor and develop junior geologists and field staff. Provide strategic input into long-term exploration planning and resource development. Qualifications & Experience: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Geology / Applied Geology / Earth Sciences. Minimum of 10 years of experience in mineral exploration, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role. Strong understanding of mineral systems, exploration methods, and geostatistics. Hands-on experience in drilling programs (RC, Core), logging, and sampling procedures. Proficiency in geological software (e.g., Surpac, Micromine, ArcGIS) and data management systems. Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and permitting processes related to exploration. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Willingness to travel and work in remote field locations. Reporting to : Directors Reported by : Some Ground staff and 5 Locals Junior Location: Dar es Salaam - Tanzania Objective & Responsibilities Conduct geological mapping, rock chip sampling, trenching, and soil sampling in prospective areas. Supervise and log drilling programs (RC, diamond, or auger), ensuring accurate geological logging, sampling, and data integrity. Collect and analyze geochemical, structural, and lithological data to delineate mineralized zones. Use geological software (e.g., Micromine, Leapfrog, Surpac, ArcGIS) for logging, mapping, and 3D modeling of ore bodies. Interpret drilling and assay results to refine geological models and exploration targets. Maintain organized and accurate records of geological data and samples. Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures including use of standards, blanks, and duplicates. Liaise with certified laboratories for assay testing, and review results for accuracy and consistency. Perform statistical and quality analyses of assay data to validate sampling accuracy. Ensure proper chain of custody and sample dispatch documentation. Assist in the preparation of resource estimation studies in accordance with JORC (2012) or other international codes. Contribute geological and assay data to Competent Persons for JORC compliant Mineral Resource reporting. Support resource classification and confidence level assessments through data validation and interpretation. Collaborate with external consultants or auditors as part of technical due diligence and compliance reviews. Assist in the design and planning of exploration programs including budget estimation and logistics. Prepare technical reports, maps, and presentations for internal review, regulators, or investors. Document all exploration activities in alignment with regulatory and corporate governance standards. Ensure all exploration activities are conducted in compliance with safety, environmental, and community engagement policies. Identify and mitigate field-related risks and hazards. Promote safe work practices among exploration teams and contractors. Liaise with drilling contractors, landowners, and regulatory bodies as needed. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior geologists and field assistants. Participate in community and environmental baseline assessments when required. Qualifications & Skills Bachelors or Masters degree in Geology, Earth Sciences, or a related field. 3 - 8 years of experience in mineral exploration, preferably gold focused. Hands-on experience with quality assurance, quality control, and data validation processes. Experience with XRF/ICP-OES quality reports and assay testing reports. Exposure to JORC-compliant resource estimation and reporting processes is highly desirable. A complete understanding of the technology trends with the distinction of instituting quality control techniques to achieve product excellence at the lowest overall cost He should be a person with Operations experience from Process industry.
