The role requires identifying and onboarding new OEM and Tier-2/Tier-3 clients in sectors such as automotive, EV, defense, and industrial machinery . The person will directly report to the Owner and play a key role in creating long-term, repeat customer relationships Key Responsibilities Identify, approach, and onboard potential OEMs and Tier-2/Tier-3 vendors who require CNC turned and VMC machined components. Build and maintain relationships with purchase managers, vendor development managers, and technical teams. Handle vendor registrations, RFQs, and client qualification processes. Attend industry expos, vendor development meets, and visit industrial clusters to generate qualified leads. Manage the complete sales cycle: from prospecting → pilot order → follow-up → regular supply contracts. Keep updated database of leads, inquiries, and progress reports. Act as the single point of contact between clients and Micrometal’s production team. Achieve defined sales targets and help build the company’s sales department from scratch.
