As an Influencer Marketing Associate specializing in bulk influencer campaigns within the hair care category at Barcode Entertainment, a YKONE Company, your primary responsibility will be to source, evaluate, and onboard nano and micro-influencers aligned with the campaign objectives. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding a network of content creators to ensure a steady pipeline of influencers for bulk campaigns. Your expertise in assessing influencers based on engagement rates, audience demographics, and content quality will be essential in maximizing ROI. Your role will involve developing and implementing scalable strategies for executing influencer marketing campaigns at scale. You will be responsible for coordinating mass outreach, negotiations, and onboarding processes for influencers, as well as managing influencer deliverables to ensure timely content submissions, approvals, and campaign rollouts. Tracking and optimizing performance to ensure brand messaging and compliance are met will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Negotiating rates and deliverables with influencers while maintaining cost efficiency, as well as fostering long-term partnerships with high-performing influencers for ongoing collaborations, will be crucial in your role. Monitoring campaign KPIs such as reach, engagement, and conversions, and generating detailed reports analyzing the effectiveness of bulk campaigns to provide strategic recommendations will be part of your regular tasks. Collaborating with brands, agencies, and internal teams to align influencer activations with overall marketing objectives, and staying updated on trending hair care content, influencer behaviors, and market shifts to continuously optimize strategies will also be important elements of your role. To be successful in this position, you should have at least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, with a strong focus on bulk campaigns, as well as prior experience working on nano and micro-influencer collaborations. Strong knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram and YouTube, along with influencer discovery tools, is required. Your ability to handle high-volume campaigns, excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills, and experience working with hair care or beauty brands will be advantageous.
