Role & responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies for renewable energy products and services. Drive business development across Solar, BESS, Wind, Hybrid, and Microgrid verticals. Build and maintain strong relationships with EPCs, OEMs, Panel Builders, Switchgear Clients, Consultants, Developers , and System Integrators . Conduct technical-commercial presentations , support tendering, and prepare project-specific proposals. Collaborate with internal teams for solution design and project delivery. Track customer interactions and sales pipeline using CRM tools. Represent the company at industry exhibitions, events, and client meetings to generate leads and market presence. Consistently achieve sales targets and increase market penetration in the assigned territory. Preferred candidate profile Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Energy/Power Engineering; MBA preferred. Experience: Minimum 5 years in B2B sales or business development within the renewable energy industry . Strong understanding of power control systems, energy storage, and hybrid energy solutions . Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. Strong network in the renewable energy ecosystem in India is highly desirable. Self-driven, proactive, and willing to travel extensively across regions.
