Requirements: - Extensive experience with React, Microfrontends (MFE), and microservices architecture. - Strong proficiency in Jest testing and performance optimization techniques. - Ability to lead and mentor development teams effectively, promoting collaboration and growth. - Good understanding of cache management, persona management, and enhancing performance. - Guidewire Insurance Suite certification (Associate level) is a strong advantage. - Familiarity with serverless functions, API management, and scalable cloud solutions. Job Responsibilities: - Implement and optimize applications, focusing on Microfrontends (MFE), performance optimization, cache management, and persona management for a leading industry platform offering property and casualty (P&C) insurance. - Design and develop microservices, serverless functions, and headless API architectures to enhance system efficiency and scalability. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver optimized, seamless, and personalized user experiences. - Implement caching strategies and persona management solutions to improve application performance and responsiveness. - Stay updated with emerging technologies, integrating new tools and practices to foster innovation and technical excellence. - Promote best practices in development within the team and encourage continuous learning and improvement. - Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications to ensure high performance, scalability, and a robust user experience.
