We are looking for a skilled React Micro Frontend Architect to join our team in Chennai. As a React Micro Frontend Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable micro-frontend solutions using AI development tools to enhance user experiences. Your primary duties will include creating modular and maintainable frontend applications that can be independently developed, deployed, and scaled across the organization. In this role, you will focus on development and architecture by designing and implementing micro-frontend architecture, developing reusable frontend components, and ensuring seamless integration between multiple micro-frontend applications. You will also be utilizing AI-powered development tools for code generation, testing, and optimization, as well as integrating AI agents into the development pipeline for automated code reviews and suggestions. Collaboration and leadership are key aspects of this role, as you will work closely with backend developers, designers, and product managers. Mentoring junior developers on micro-frontend best practices and AI tool usage, participating in architectural decisions, and contributing to development standards and coding guidelines are also part of your responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you should have 12-18 years of professional frontend development experience, including experience as a UI Full Stack Architect, working with micro-frontend architecture, and hands-on experience with AI development tools. You should also have excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, a continuous learning attitude, and leadership potential. Advanced knowledge of frameworks and libraries such as Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or Jotai, as well as experience with web rendering techniques, routing, and data loading patterns for high-performance web applications, are required. Familiarity with micro-frontend orchestration frameworks, monorepo management, cross-application communication patterns, containerization, and AI coding assistants is also beneficial.
