As a PMO Analyst working as part of the Global PMO at FNZ, your role involves collaborating with the senior leadership team to understand their requirements for measuring the Global Project Portfolio progress and success. You will be responsible for determining the type, frequency, and method of data collection, facilitating the collection of project data, and analyzing the data to transform it into useful management information. Your key responsibilities include: - Setting up projects in systems such as Smartsheet to facilitate data collection from project teams. - Setting up releases in Jira to collect data from project teams, including dashboards. - Performing bulk uploads of data into Jira, for example, client tests. - Providing support and resolving issues in systems like Smartsheet, Jira, and Hub Planner. - Running scheduled reports and analysis processes, distributing them to appropriate audiences. - Ensuring that project teams maintain project delivery data, track key milestones, and facilitate regular updates. - Maintaining the company resource plan by collecting resource supply and demand data, aligning with HR staff numbers, and reflecting current and planned staff allocations. To excel in this role, you are required to have: - Relevant experience in a project delivery environment or a PMO. - A degree in Maths or Technology or equivalent. - Good knowledge of Excel with advanced formula use. - Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile. - Knowledge of tools like Smartsheet, Microfocus PPM, or Jira. - Fluency in English. - Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic industry. - Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders. - Proactive and self-driven approach with high attention to detail. - Superior analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent organizational and administration skills.
