You will be responsible for developing applications for enterprises or businesses using the Mendix and Microsoft Power Platform. This position requires a thorough understanding of the business processes supported by a cross-functional business organization. You will also own product-specific OKRs, track and report them to management, and ensure that new developments reflect business value. Facilitating communication and collaboration between QRA Operations and Information Technology (IT) will be crucial, including managing system updates, enhancement requests, and summarizing activities for reporting. Collaboration with various business functions such as Global and Regional Quality and Regulatory Affairs, Project Management, Global Supply Chain, and Data Science will be essential to collect and integrate customer feedback and market research into digital solutions. Leading product launches, driving adoption, coordinating with stakeholders, and managing cross-team dependencies and communication will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you must have proven experience in developing low-code applications using the Mendix platform, including expertise in Domain Modeling, Microflows, Page Building, and Security. A solid understanding and practical experience with Mendix security concepts, proficiency in relevant web technologies, and experience integrating Mendix applications with diverse enterprise systems are required. Experience with cloud deployment of Mendix applications, testing frameworks, performance optimization techniques, and development using Power Apps are also essential. Strong background in Agile methodologies and hands-on experience with task management tools like Jira will be beneficial. You should hold a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and be prepared to demonstrate team leadership by coaching, mentoring, and supervising junior associates. Additional developmental opportunities within the department may also be part of your responsibilities. This role requires adherence to specific GXP requirements and execution according to valid Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliant implementation of computerized systems.
