Prepare and process FMT samples for clinical use from donor screening to final formulation. Perform microbial culture, anaerobic work, Gram staining, and microbial load estimation. Core microbiological techniques include culture-based assays to quantify and identify key bacterial taxa, DNA extraction from stool samples, and molecular methods such as qPCR, 16S rRNA gene sequencing, and metagenomics to assess microbial composition and diversity. Extract DNA/RNA from clinical samples (stool, blood), and run qPCR, PCR, and gel electrophoresis. Education : Masters or (M.Sc./MLT) in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology , or related discipline. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a research or hospital, lab, with proven skill in molecular and microbiological techniques. Preferably experience in: Experience with FMT workflows or microbiome research (gut/vaginal). Exposure to NGS workflows , sequencing library prep, or ddPCR. Understanding of clinical trial protocols and translational science. Experience using instruments like QIAcube, Bioanalyzer, or other automation tools.
