Job Description

Responsible for Quality and Microbiology Testing
Conduct
microbiological testing
of raw materials, water, in-process samples, and finished beverages
Monitor and control
microbial contamination
across production and packaging lines
Ensure compliance with
food safety standards
(FSSAI, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP)
Perform
environmental monitoring
(air, surface, swab tests) in plant areas
Maintain and update
microbiology lab records, SOPs, and documentation
Investigate
microbial deviations, non-conformances, and root causes
Support
CAPA implementation
and continuous improvement initiatives
Validate and monitor
CIP/SIP effectiveness
Coordinate with
QA, Production, and Engineering teams
for quality assurance
Handle
internal and external audits
related to microbiological compliance
Ensure proper
calibration, maintenance, and hygiene
of lab equipment
Train plant personnel on
hygiene, sanitation, and microbiological controls
