You will be responsible for providing strong leadership and managing all aspects of the Microbiological production facility in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. This includes overseeing quality, costs, P&L, market development, performance, employee engagement, and technical development. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience and a background in handling operations of medical devices. Experience in the field of Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related areas is preferred. A Master's degree, PhD, or equivalent experience is desired. Additionally, excellent communication skills and prior experience in leading a large team of more than 25 people are essential for this role.
