Company Description Microbiological Laboratory Research and Services India Private Limited (MLRS) was established to facilitate the commercial production of high-quality ready-to-use microbiological culture media for clinical and industrial purposes. The company also provides training in research and diagnostic microbiology. MLRS supplies custom-made high-quality media for clinical diagnosis to several hospitals and clinical laboratories. Key Responsibilities: Market and sell agar plates and the MLRS STaTAST system to diagnostic laboratories, hospitals, and research centers. Deliver products directly to customers and ensure timely dispatch. Conduct on-site demos of the MLRS STaTAST system and train customer staff on its usage. Identify new sales leads and opportunities in your region. Build and maintain relationships with clients, follow up on leads, and ensure customer satisfaction. Provide regular sales and activity reports to the head office. Coordinate with the technical and logistics teams to fulfill customer orders smoothly. Training & Support: Full technical training will be provided on MLRS STaTAST and other microbiology products. Continuous support from the head office and technical team. Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Microbiology, Life Sciences, or Biomedical Sciences. 1–3 years of experience in medical or diagnostic product marketing preferred; freshers with strong interest and communication skills may also apply. Preferred candidates from Chennai, Bangalore, or Hyderabad. Note: No accommodation allowance will be provided for candidates from other regions. Must own a bike and hold a valid driving license. Willingness to travel within assigned territory for marketing, delivery, and demos. Skills Required: Language Proficiency: Tamil for Chennai, Kannada for Bangalore, Telugu for Hyderabad Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Technical aptitude for product demonstrations and customer training. Time management, responsibility, and self-motivation. What We Offer: Competitive salary of 15k and sales-based incentives.
