As a Manager Development Engineering - FrontEnd Technologies at AVIZVA, a Healthcare Technology Organization, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing multiple projects within an account or program. Your responsibilities will include providing technical guidance to the leads, designing project architecture, managing client relationships, and recommending technical solutions to address complex business needs. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing the team by setting clear goals, priorities, and expectations. - Architecting and designing scalable, maintainable, and reusable FrontEnd components and systems. - Evaluating and selecting the appropriate technology stack, frameworks, and development tools for optimal performance. - Providing solutions to complex problems during the project SDLC phase. - Participating in project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management for timely project delivery. - Defining and implementing best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines. - Motivating team members to consistently deliver high-quality work on time. - Leading initiatives to optimize web application performance for an improved user experience. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Fostering a culture of continuous improvement through agile development practices. Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - 10+ years of Front End development experience with a minimum of 5+ years using React JS. - Hands-on experience with JS(ES6), HTML, SaaS, React JS, Responsive Web Design, Mobile Application Development, Micro-Application, Design & CSS Architecture, Solid Principles. - Proficiency in using module bundlers like Webpack and implementing build optimization techniques. - Extensive experience with Micro Applications & Micro Services. - Knowledge of other Frontend Frameworks/Libraries such as Backbone.js, Angular.js, Ember.js, Vue.js. - Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS services or GCP. - Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.,
