Key Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain product quality during moulding operations. Conduct in-process, final, and first-article inspections. Analyse defects, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive actions. Prepare and maintain quality documentation (PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, etc.). Coordinate with production, tool room, and design teams for quality improvements. Support audits, customer quality requirements, and ISO/MDR compliance. Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Plastic, or Polymer Engineering. 25 years of experience in injection moulding quality. Knowledge of quality instruments like Vernier Calliper , Micro Metre , gauges etc.
