Key Responsibilities : Sales & Business Development Drive sales of drip irrigation systems through open market channels (dealers/distributors) for Chhattisgarh state. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Identify and develop new markets and customer segments. Channel Management Appoint, train, and manage a strong network of distributors and dealers. Monitor dealer performance and ensure regular stock movement. Qualifications & Experience : Bachelor's degree in Agriculture / Agri Engineering / Business Administration; MBA preferred. 5+ years of relevant sales experience in drip/micro irrigation, agri-inputs, farm equipment, or rural B2C markets. Strong network in the agri distribution channel and familiarity with rural market dynamics. Skills Required : Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage geographically dispersed territories. Knowledge of irrigation technology, agronomy, and water management is a plus.
