Job Description At LGT Holidays, you will be part of a dynamic team working to redefine travel experiences in the industry. As a Mice Operations executive, your role will involve managing and coordinating meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions (MICE) events. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing operational plans, coordinating with clients and vendors, overseeing event logistics, and ensuring the successful execution of events. Additionally, you will be involved in budget management, quality control, and continuous improvement of MICE services. Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement operational plans for MICE events - Coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure smooth execution of events - Oversee event logistics including venue arrangements, catering, and technical support - Manage budgets effectively to ensure financial success of events - Maintain quality control standards to deliver high-quality MICE services - Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in MICE operations Qualifications - Strong analytical skills and experience in project management - Excellent communication and sales skills to interact effectively with clients and vendors - Previous experience in operations management, particularly in event planning - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve common goals - Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale events - A bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred - Flexibility to work long hours and travel as needed to ensure the success of MICE events,
