Main Responsibilities JOB DESCRIPTION Business Plan - Responsible to establish, develop and achieve sales business plan assigned on annual basis. Responsible for achieving/increasing the market share leadership position in the region. Achieve sales target with requisite profit margin. Customer Support and Liasoning - Oversee the handling of field inquiries for technical assistance, general policy and customer complaints. Develop the customer base and maintain good relationship to improve the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) score Business Forecast and new customers - To provide accurate forecast of sales and other market change/development activities. Develop new customers, maintain major accounts & obtain major project information New Business Development Strategies - Support Market update on the development/changes for strategic decisions at factory and management team Dealer Network and Channel partners - Develop regional distribution Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the direct superior Requirements Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in Engineering related field, with 8 to 10 years of working experience Experience in sales of construction equipment, or crane products or heavy industry equipment with proven sales records Good communication and negotiation skills Computer literacy and technical knowledge on machinery and parts Fluent English and local India language (Hindi or one other local Indian dialogue) both in spoken and written Motivational, positive attitude, customer and results oriented Good team player About Us The Manitowoc Company, Inc. was founded in 1902 and has over a 120-year tradition of providing high-quality, customer-focused products and support services to its markets.
