As a Manager, Content & Experience for Pro Video and Firefly at Adobe, you will play a key role in helping millions of users find success and achieve their goals with Adobe's products. In this position, you will lead initiatives that deliver crucial content on various platforms such as web, in-app, bots, and GenAI assistants to increase discovery, enablement, and customer success. You will be responsible for managing a hybrid team of Content and Experience specialists, strategists, vendors, contractors, and external contributors to create written, visual, and video content for users. Working closely with support, product, engineering, and marketing leaders, you will share customer and product insights to influence product experiences, priorities, and roadmaps, ultimately increasing product value for customers and Adobe. Your primary focus will be on providing critical content that helps and inspires customers, enhancing their creative success and engagement, while collaborating with teams across Adobe to drive business impact. Key Responsibilities: - Own and manage all content efforts and initiatives to achieve larger business goals and KPIs. - Define and deliver content and initiatives that enhance customer success across multiple touchpoints. - Lead a team of content specialists, strategists, vendors, and external contributors. - Collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver content aligned with broader business priorities. - Utilize domain knowledge and experience to drive user engagement and success through content and experiences. - Leverage data and insights to inform decisions, measure impact, and ensure quality effectiveness. - Enhance team skills and capabilities in various areas including SEO, data analysis, and testing. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, communication, journalism, or related fields. - 3-4 years of experience in developing customer-centric content and cross-functional initiatives. - 2-3 years of people management and leadership experience. - Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. - Knowledge of various content types, tools, and strategies to increase customer success. - Ability to plan, prioritize, and lead multiple projects effectively.
